The single best decision that I made when I bought my home was to hire Leslie Mazzola and Majestic Palm Home Watch Services to “Watch” it during my absence.  Leslie’s enthusiasm, character, professionalism, and knowledge, are more than I ever could have hoped for.  I also feel that Leslie is extremely trustworthy - she’s like an “old friend” who genuinely cares about my home, treating it as though it was her own.  She is proactive in her approach, as well.  She will bring potential - or existing - concerns to my attention, quickly.  (Among other things, she once noticed a cracked vanity cabinet door that I had missed and she alerted me about it so that I was able to have it replaced while it was still covered under its warranty - and she even made herself available to be at my home when the cabinet company came to replace it, since I was not available.)   I could go on and on.  In every aspect, Leslie Mazzola and Majestic Palm have greatly exceeded my expectations.  I honestly do not know what I would have done without them on so many occasions when I needed to be away unexpectedly, yet secure in the knowledge that my home was in excellent hands. We are so thankful to have found Leslie Mazzola and Majestic Palm Home Watch Services.  From our first meeting with Leslie we found her to be extremely detailed, professional and competent.  Since the purchase of our condominium and in our absence, Leslie’s assisted us with a significant renovation project, and continually maintains our home at the highest level.
Majestic utilizes a Home Watch Management and Reporting Software which is GPS enabled and very user friendly.  The software provides GPS synced reporting of the services provided at each visit. Leslie’s knowledge, years of experience, and contacts, make her the personal “Angies List” of Southwest Florida.  We truly appreciate the job Leslie does.  She has alleviated all our worries of leaving our home in the hands of someone else.
